I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself: I am a dynamic, intelligent, optimistic, passionate and extroverted individual with twenty years experience in the hotel industry. My experience consists of qualifying on the in-service Hotel Management course in 1993 through Witwatersrand Hotel School, 7 years with Southern Suns, gaining international experience and 10 years with Protea Hotels, where for the last 6 years where I held the position of General Manager.
Bottom Line Hospitality Consulting realized that the gap between the marketing, operational and financial opportunities between hotels and STAES (Self Catering & Smaller Type Accommodation Establishments) is increasingly large. Being part of a franchised or management and marketing hotel group offers a huge advantage for all STAES.
