BED BUTLER SMILES The concept of Bedbutler Smiles arose from my relationships with each Owner or Manager of the establishments. These establishments could be graded a four star due to their luxurious design and high standards of service. However, if for example they do not have a bar, they cannot receive a fourth star, and therefore we will give them 4 Bed Butler Smiles even though their grading will only be a three star. 3 star rating, but 4 Bedbutler Smiles =  We will also be giving more smiles when positive feedback from clients is received. We will reduce a Bed Butler Smile if the Venue does not follow the terms and conditions. For example, if they do not update their availability regularly. The maximum Bed Butler smiles that can be reached is 10.
Venues with 10 smiles will be rewarded by being highlighted to the agents on the internet and during sales calls. Bed Butler smiles will evolve on an ongoing basis with all the feedback that we receive from both Members and Venues.
